Visiting JungleWorks in India

JungleWorks is an international tech company I've been working with as a UI/UX Consultant. During our collaboration I've spent two months at their Chandigarh headquarter, and it was a life-changing experience. As a student of Budapest Metropolitan University, I was able to apply for a scholarship through Campus Mundi, and with their help I was able to fund my travel and stay in India.

The speed at which JungleWorks produces and tests new product ideas explains why India is considered to be one of the fastest growing tech hubs in the world. The company owns a bunch of digital products, Tookan (fleet management app for businesses), Jugnoo (an Uber-like app with auto-rickshaws that also delivers food and groceries) and Fugu (workspace chat and customer support app) just to name a few and is constantly experimenting with new ideas from different market segments. My job was to design graphical user interfaces and user experiences for these products.

Oh, and the monkeys 🐒

Let's all take some time to celebrate the coolest creatures ever. You can find them hanging around in the park or being sneaky and trying to steal sunglasses from tourists, so that they can get something in exchange.
